1. Under order dated 19.9.2011 the office was directed to issue Notice making it returnable on 11.10.2011. Almost 9 months have passed since notice was made returnable, however until now any reply affidavit has not been filed by the respondents.
2. One of the main allegations made by the petitioner to support the challenge against impugned order is that the statements which were recorded by the authority were not supplied to the petitioner at any stage until the orders came to be passed.
3. Therefore, as a last chance one week time is granted to the respondents to file reply affidavit. If the reply affidavit is not filed then the Court may be constrained to pass appropriate order in absence of any reply and the concerned officer who is responsible for filing reply may be visited with cost.
