1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant-Narain son of Amar Chand. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai vide letter dated 11.07.2018 has informed that sole appellant, has died about 7 years back. This report has been submitted after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
