This writ petition is directed against the order of the Joint Director of Consolidation Etah, Camp Rampur dismissing the revision- petition arising out of proceedings under Section 9 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
The Consolidation Authorities have recorded concurrent findings of fact, which in the opinion of the Court does not warrant any interference.
Writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
