THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16558 of 2008 Between:
Nara Lavanya PETITIONER AND 1. The District Collector, (Panchayat Wing), Karimnagar, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
