After the matter had been heard for some time, Sri Tahir Husain, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he wants to challenge the order dated 23.06.2017 which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition, therefore, the petition may be dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
