The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“i) Call for the records leading to Exhibit P-5;
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider Exhibit P-8 representation/reminder submitted by the petitioner before them;
iii) Direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue No Objection Certificates/Building Permits for the construction of residential buildings in the property under the ownership and possession of the petitioner as per Exhibit P-1 to P-3 Sale Deeds, by considering the application dated 22.04.2014, submitted by the petitioner;
and
iv) grant such other reliefs, as this Hon'ble Court shall deem just.”
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has already been projected by way of Ext.P8, which is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. As it stands so, this Court does not find it necessary to deal with the merits of the case.
3. In the above circumstances, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 W.P.(C) No.26469 of 2014 2 representation, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the 2nd respondent, for further steps.
