Nellore District, in the interest of justice. .
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the Memo of Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.Damodar Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor, on behalf of Respondent No.1, while permitting the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to the second Respondent and file proof of service, directed issue of notice to the second Respondent herein returnable in six (6) weeks to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted;
