ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though his temporary fair price shop authorization is subsisting, respondent No.4 has stopped allotting the essential commodities to him for distribution to the card holders.
A perusal of proceeding in Rc.No.6833/2011-B, dated NIL.03.2012, issued by respondent No.3 shows that the petitioner was appointed as temporary fair price shop dealer in the vacancy caused on account of the death of his father. Indeed, the petitioner being the legal heir is entitled to be appointed as permanent fair price shop dealer as per G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (C-I) Department, dated 28.02.2014.
Surprisingly, instead of appointing the petitioner as the fair price shop dealer on permanent basis, respondent No.4 is stated to have stopped release of the essential commodities to the petitioner for no reason. Therefore, respondent No.4 is directed to forthwith release the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution to the card holders.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.51462 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
