When a case was finally decided on 16.10.2014, the respondents filed a Revision and the Revisional Court by the order dated 20.12.2017 remanded the matter back to the Court of Collector, Kaushambi.
The grievance of the petitioners is that even though almost a year has passed, the Collector has, till date, not decided the Case No.41 of 2014 (Nanku Lal & Ors. Vs. Shivlal & Ors.) under section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code/section 28 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. They, therefore, pray that the case may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.41 of 2014 (Nanku Lal & Ors. Vs. Shivlal & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
