1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 16.04.1993 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehpur in Criminal Case No.75 of 1992 whereby appeal has been allowed and judgment and order dated 30.09.1992 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur convicting accused-respondents under Sections 147, 323, 325 IPC and sentencing them to three months rigorous imprisonment each on respective counts with fine Rs.500/- each apart from one year rigorous imprisonment under Section 325 IPC, has been set aside and accused-respondents have been acquitted.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
