Today, during hearing, Mr. Adeshra, learned advocate for the petitioner, has placed on record a communication/order dated 26.4.2012. It is claimed that according to the said communication/order, the petitioner's service will stand terminated w.e.f. 31.5.2012 since it is mentioned in the said communication/ order that the tenure of the persons, whose names are included in the said communication/order, will stand extended until 31.5.2012.
The respondents are directed to file reply affidavit justifying the direction contained in the said communication/order dated 26.4.2012. Such affidavit shall be filed on or before 12.6.2012.

Until then, the said communication/order dated 26.4.2012 may not be implemented qua present petitioner and status-quo as of today may be continued until the next date of hearing.
