The petitioner has taken a specific contention as averred in Paragraph No.4.17 of the petition and Mr.Adeshra, learned advocate for the petitioner, further contends that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of the petitioners of Special Civil Application No.18614 of 2007 and allied matters. Hence, the respondents are directed to file affidavit explaining the said contention on the returnable date.
