4. Sri. A.G. Krishnaswamy S/o. Sri. A.R. Gopalaswamy, Aged about 64 years, R/at #3-B, ‘Vatsalya’, 1st ‘A’ Cross, 17th ‘A’ Main, J.P. Nagar II Stage, Bengaluru – 560 078. …Respondents (By Smt. Savithramma, HCGP for R1 to R3) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 06.06.2018 in SC.ST(A).154/2010-11 passed by the learned 2nd respondent at Annexure-A and further pleased to confirm the order dated 11.11.2010 passed by the learned 3rd respondent in case No.KSC.ST(S).4/2010-11 at Annexure-H and etc., These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners state that by the impugned order, the matter was remanded to the Assistant Commissioner for fresh enquiry. The petitioners state that they intend to appear before the Assistant Commissioner and prosecute the proceedings before respondent No.3.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 24.01.2019 seeking withdrawal of these writ petitions.
3. Memo is placed on record.
4. Taking note of the said memo and the submission, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
