JUDGMENT / ORDER

Asha, J. The grievance of the petitioner herein, the father of minor children, is that his request in Ext.P2 application seeking custody of the elder child Aditya on Saturdays from 10 a.m to 5 p.m was not considered while Ext.P1 was passed on 08.05.2014in I.A.No.2279 of 2014 in O.P.No.1865 of 2012 by the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. After hearing the counsel on either side, we think it just and proper that it will be appropriate for the Family Court to consider this part of the prayer occurring in Ext.P2 petition and the other petitions filed by the parties relating to the custody of the children and to pass appropriate orders within a period of three months.
The O.P(F.C) is disposed of as above.
