JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of respondent-1 has been accepted by the Chief Standing Counsel, on behalf of respondent-2 has been accepted by Sri Ved Prakash Verma and on behalf of respondent-9 has been accepted by Sri Azad Khan.
Issue notice to respondents-3 to 8.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that plot no.363 was the largest original holding of the petitioner and he was proposed a single chak on plot no.363 taking some area from plot nos. 371 and 372. However, by the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation a second chak of area 0.047 hectare has been allotted to the petitioner on plot nos. 371 and 378 which is uran chak for the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a small tenure holder having total area of allotted holding as 0.365 hectare, if allotted two chaks it will be against the object of the consolidation. The matter requires consideration.
Till the next date of listing the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 7.7.2014 shall remain stayed.
