Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue direction to the second respondent, Tehsildar, Mugalsarai, District Chandauli to decide the Restoration Application No.RST/01051/2018 (Nankhu Chauhan vs. Kailash Nath Vishwakarma) under Section 201 of Land Revenue Act within stipulated time.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the mutation case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to decide the aforesaid restoration application within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
