In this case, initially on 21.07.2003, stay order was passed which was effective till the next date of listing. Thereafter, the stay order has not been extended. Probably due to non extension of the stay order as well as by efflux of time, this matter has become infrutucous and the parties are not interested to pursue the matter.
In view of the above this application is dismissed for default being infructuous.
