Nanhey Singh @ Ram Karan Singh @ ... vs State Of U.P.

It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been implicated in the case only on account of a conspiracy to commit the offence. Learned counsel has argued that co-accused namely Ramesh Singh, Tehdu @ Ramraj and Udairanj, who are also involved in the conspiracy, have been allowed bail by this Court (Annexure SA-2).

Learned State counsel prays for time to take instructions as to whether the applicant was involved only in conspiracy.
