JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr. Patel, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application is preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to make arrangement for the treatment of his son.
The medical papers are produced and it does show the calcified granulomatous lesion. Therefore, the ground appears to be genuine. The jail report shows that earlier he was released and he has surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release on personal bond of Rs.5000 and one surety of like amount with the further direction that upon expiry of the period granted by this Court, he shall surrender with the jail authority.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
