JUDGMENT / ORDER

The dispute in the present petition is about the date of birth of the petitioner. The High School marksheet was not enclosed by the petitioner with the application form filed by him for withdrawal of the money. A marksheet has now been enclosed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents shall seek instructions from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education as to whether the marksheet enclosed with the writ petition is correct and whether the date of birth is correctly mentioned in this marksheet.
Place this petition as fresh on 9th November, 2012.
