Against the order impugned passed by the Settlement Officer Consolidation under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, the petitioner has alternative remedy to file revision under Section 48 of the Act before the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground the alternative remedy.
