Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Akanksha Mishra, holding brief of Sri Kshitij Shailendra for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon respondents to grant benefit of encashment of earned leave to the extent of 254 days, since the petitioner's leave of 46 days alone has been encashed earlier, and according to petitioner he is entitled to 300 leaves.
On behalf of respondent University it is pointed out that claim of petitioner in that regard has already been rejected on 13.4.2018 which order is not assailed.
No relief can be granted to the petitioner, as is prayed for in the writ petition, unless the order dated 13.4.2018 is assailed. Since this order has not been challenged, no relief can be granted to petitioner.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
