JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.K.Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.5 and learned Standing counsel on behalf of opposite parties 2 to 4.
Against the recovery of loan, the petitioner is seeking benefit of Agricultural Debts Waiver and Debts Relief Scheme, 2008, for which he has also moved a representation to the District Magistrate, Unnao, therefore, without entering into the merit of the case, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the District Magistrate, Unnao to consider his request under the said Scheme within fifteen days and thereafter provide a fresh statement of account to the petitioner, which shall be paid by the petitioner immediately thereafter in lump sum. Till the fresh citation is issued no recovery shall be made from the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
