JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This petition has been moved by Naney and three others against the State of U.P. and others, with the prayer that charge sheet no. 14/2015 dated 10.09.2015 in Case No. 397 of 2016 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras, under Sections 498-A & 323 I.P.C and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Hathras, arising out of Case No. 18 of 2015 be quashed and further proceedings of the case may be stayed.
During the course of the argument, learned counsel for the applicants prayed that the matter may be sent to the Mediation Centre for conciliation between the parties.
Seeing the facts of the case that this is matrimonial dispute and conciliation between the parties is always welcome, so the matter is referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of the High Court, Allahabad, which will submit it's report after completion of mediation preferably within a period of two months from today.
A bank draft of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) will be submitted before the Mediation Centre and in case respondent nos. 2 and 3 appear before the Mediation Centre Rs.12,000/- (twelve thousand) will be paid to them and Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand) will be retained for the service rendered.
List after report is received.
The victim of the case is not being made as party in the application. Counsel for the applicants is permitted to make the victim as a party-respondent, during the course of day.
