JUDGMENT / ORDER

Visweswarudu COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT : The Additional Public Prosecutor Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant relief of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest to the petitioners.
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioners are A1 to A4. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed matrimonial offences including an offence under Section 306 IPC. The prospective bride allegedly committed suicide as her parents could not withstand the demand for huge dowry. The marriage has not been solemnized so far. I therefore consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail, in view of the nature of the offences levelled against them.
Consequently, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
