Against the impugned order passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Agra under Section 3 of U.P. Goonda Control Act, 1970 the petitioner has statutory remedy of filing an appeal before the Commissioner of the Division.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
