Nandkumar vs State

This application is filed by the present applicant praying to release him on parole for 30 days on the ground of illness of his mother and as his application for parole was rejected by the competent authority.

The jail record shows that when he was released in September, 2006 he went absconding for 1063 days and later surrendered on his own. Further, no medical certificate is produced showing the illness of his mother. In view of this, there is no reason to interfere with the order passed by the competent authority. Hence, this application is rejected.
