1. By way of these petitions, the petitioners have prayed to direct the learned District Judge, Vadodara to decide Civil Misc. Appeal Nos.125/2000, 126/2000 and 57/2007 pending before it as expeditiously as possible.
2. Considering the facts of the case, it is observed that if the petitioners approach the trial Court concerned with an application requesting to dispose of the appeals in question expeditiously, the trial Court concerned shall allow the same and shall try to dispose of the appeals in question, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
3. With the above observation, the petitions stand disposed of.
