JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a document writer having valid licence. The petitioner practicing as a document writer within the jurisdiction of Bharanikkavu Sub Registrar Office at Mavelikkara. The petitioner's licence was attached to Oachira Sub Registrar Office. On account of the fact that she is having licence attached to the office of the Oachira Sub Registrar, the second respondent refused to issue the filing sheet to the petitioner.
2. In a counter-affidavit filed by the second respondent before this Court, wherein it is stated that the Bharanikkavu Sub Registrar used to give filing sheet to the petitioner and the petitioner has presented many documents before the Sub Registrar, Bharanikkavu. Therefore, the complaint of the petitioner is untenable. It is further stated that it is only harass the officials of the Sub WP(C).No.15045/2014-E.
2 Registrar's Office, this writ petition is filed.
3. It is also stated that the petitioner has issued with a show cause notice and also also warning as per letter dated 13.3.2014 and the petitioner was directed to strictly follow the Kerala Document Writers' License Rules, 1960. There is no legal impediment for issuing filing sheet to the petitioner from Sub Registrar Office, Bharanikkavu. Though I am not adverting to any other rival facts placed before me for the consideration, since there is no impediment in issuing filing sheet to the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to give filing sheets to the petitioner whenever she makes a demand for the same.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
