Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A.
By means of the present petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner is to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Execution Application No.591 of 2017 (Nandani Rawat Vs. Vijay Rawat) under Section 128 Cr.P.C. Police Station-Colonelganj, District-Allahabad within stipulated period pending since 15.07.2017.
Submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date, the petitioner is not getting a single penny out of maintenance amount from her husband.
Under the circumstances, learned Principal Judge, Family Court Allahabad is directed to gear up the matter and make all necessary endeavour to conclude the said proceedings latest by 31.12.2019 strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
