ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not sending the petitioner’s Sports Certificates for verification to respondent No.5 or respondent No.7 as illegal and arbitrary.
This Court by order, dated 16.09.2014, has granted interim direction which has the effect of granting the relief claimed in the Writ Petition itself.
Having regard to this fact, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, 16.09.2014, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.34337 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
