ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings, vide A23/335/Elections/I.T/D.R.D.A- I.K.P/2014 Dt.2-8-2014 of respondent No.4 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of The A.P Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1995 and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India set aside the same and consequently, to permit the Petitioners to conduct the elections to their societies as per Section 23 of the Act”
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have agreed that this Court by order, dated 13.10.2014, has allowed Writ Petition No.26190 of 2014 filed questioning the same order which is impugned in this Writ Petition.
Following the said order, this Writ Petition is allowed with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 26.09.2014, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.35930 of 2014 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
