O R D E R The petitioner has sought for a declaration that she is entitled for admission to the Engineering Course in the State of Karnataka.
2. In terms of the interim order dated 21.06.2017, KEA was directed to admit the petitioner to on-going counseling for the Engineering Course.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the same stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
