Petitioner filed this petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with the following prayer:
“…… either to transfer AOP 149/2014 on the file of learned II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, to the Court of learned XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, to be tried/heard along with AOP 2641/2013 or both the AOPs be transferred to the file of the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad for joint disposal”
Respondents’ counsel filed counter stating that Arbitration OP No.2641 of 2013 was disposed of by the XXIV Additional Chief Judge on 11.03.2014 itself. As such, the question of transfer of AOP No.149/2014 to the said Court for disposal along with AOP No.2641/2013 does not arise.
Considering the fact that AOP No.2641 of 2013 is already disposed of by the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, and also the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, AOP No.149 of 2014 is hereby withdrawn from the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, and transferred to the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
Accordingly, present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
