After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal as provided under Section 19 of the Family Court Act.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
Office is directed to return certified copy of the order to counsel for the petitioner after keeping the photo-copy of the same in the record.
