O R D E R:
This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.10 of 2012 of Chinaganjam Police Station, Prakasam District.
2. Heard learned Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as there was no stay, police completed investigation and filed final report. He submitted that according to the letter received from the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Chinaganjam Police Station, the case has been referred as civil in nature and final report was filed before concerned court on 26.03.2013.
4. Recording the representation of the learned Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
