JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has undertaken certain works on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner submitted final bills. On account of the delay involved in disbursing the bill amounts, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2. A statement has been filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent. It is stated that bill No.34 is registered in the office on 29/4/2014, Bill No.239 is registered on 16/6/2014, Bill No.240 is registered on 16/6/2014 and bill No.241 is registered on 16/6/2014.
