The petitioner was aggrieved with a notice issued at Ext.P3 to change the timings settled on the petitioner by Ext.P2 dated 09.07.2013. The additional 2nd respondent, who got himself impleaded herein, contends that Ext.P2 is not one issued in accordance with the decision of the RTA. Any such objection should have been raised in a properly filed revision before the STAT. However, the notice under Ext.P3 with respect to the petitioner's timings, was stayed by an order of this Court dated 21.03.2014. The petitioner is also operating as per Ext.P2. The additional 2nd respondent only contends that he has certain objections regarding Ext.P2 as the same is not one issued in compliance with the decision of the RTA. WP(C).8173/14 2 2. In the above circumstances, the petitioner and the additional 2nd respondent shall appear before the Secretary, RTA, on 12.11.2014 at 11.00 am and the Office shall issue a date of hearing and the proceedings shall be concluded, at any rate, within one month from the date of appearance.
Writ petition disposed of, making it clear that revision shall be made only if the timings settled is found to be contrary to the decision of the RTA, as contended by the additional 2nd respondent.
