Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.
From a perusal of para-11 of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has already approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No. 20963 of 2018 challenging the action of the respondents in restraining the petitioner from working. The aforesaid writ petition is pending. The petitioner has now filed the present writ petition challenging an order dated 3.8.2018, whereby other persons have been appointed in the Institution.
Once the issue of petitioner's continuance is sub-judice before this Court in Writ Petition No. 20963 of 2018, any subsequent grievance raised with regard to engagement of persons against such post, can always be raised in the pending writ petition No. 20963 of 2018 and filing of a fresh for such purpose, would not be warranted. Leaving it open for the petitioner to appropriately amend the writ petition so as to challenge any subsequent cause available to the petitioner, this petition is consigned to record.
