The initial marks obtained by the petitioner have been incorrectly recorded in the marks-sheet issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has made an application for correcting the marks-sheet by recording the correct marks of the petitioner in the subject of 'Social Studies' in the 4th semester B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch-2015).The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The respondent No.1-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. at Prayagraj shall consider the application of the petitioner and in case, it is found that the marks-sheet requires correction, a corrected marks-sheet including the marks in the subject of 'Social Studies' in the 4th semester B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch-2015) shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. The respondent No.1 shall also make the corresponding correction in the on-line marks-sheet of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
