This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to allow this application and direct the Court below to proceed with Section 204 (1)(a) under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. in Case No. 14075 of 2020, Police Station- Panki, District- Kanpur Nagar.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as this Court is not aware of the schedule/ docket of the trial Court concerned, it is expected that the trial Court will make all endevour to decide the each case early.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed off with a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 7th, Kanpur Nagar to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
