Mohanan, J. The learned Additional Director General of Prosecutions submitted that during enquiry, it is revealed that the detenues, along with the 1st respondent, left India from Nedumbassery Airport on 5/12/2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also not controverting the said fact and further submitted that, that being the position, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court again, as and when required.
2. The above submission of the learned counsel

for the petitioner is recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court again, as and when required.
