ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 21.11.2013, in W.P.No.33427 of 2013.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), on instructions, stated that survey was got conducted by respondent No.4 on 31.07.2014. He has further submitted that he will instruct respondent No.4 to furnish a copy of survey report to the petitioner immediately.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, the contempt case is closed.
