1.0 By way of present application, the applicants have prayed as under:
(I) to direct the respondents herein to continue the applicants in service on the same terms and conditions till the case of the each of the applicant is considered for regulation and/or direct the respondents to continue the applicants in service till the regular selection process takes place and to permit the applicants to take part in the regular selection process by relaxing the age criteria and considering their experience;
(ii) to direct the respondents that in view of the recent State Government's decision, the applicants may also be given the benefit of bonus for coming Diwali festival 2.0 The affidavit is filed by the applicant No.9 with regard to the subsequent development in the matter. The affidavit is taken on record. In view of the subsequent development, no further order is required to be passed in the matter. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
