JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that a batch of writ petitions were disposed of in respect of extention of the benefit granted in G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department dated 14.08.2009. In this regard, the writ appeal SR. No.20063 of 2017 was filed, challenging the order passed in W.P.No.21683 of 2014 dated 29.06.2015.
2.Further, the learned Special Government Pleader informed this court, that the batch of writ appeals were filed, challenging all such similar orders and the matter is pending before Honble Division Bench in W.A.No.1310 of 2016.
3.Under these circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this contempt application at this point of time. Thus, the contempt application stands closed.
