Sri Mahesh Chandra, S.I. Police Station-Piperpur, District-Sultanpur, is present. He has produced the opposite party no. 2, Satish Singh @ Chanchal Singh, in the Court, in compliance with this Court's order dated 20.09.2010. He has stated that the opposite party no. 3, Naveen Singh, is absconding, and hence, he could not be produced in the Court. The petitioner, Naman Singh (Minor), has also been produced today.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted three days' time to move an application for impleading the grand-father of the petitioner, Naman Singh (Minor), who has brought him today in the Court.
