Exhibit P7 is an application preferred by the petitioner invoking Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for redetermination of compensation in respect of a property acquired from her. The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the third respondent to consider Exhibit P7 within a time frame.
2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant the relief sought by the petitioner.

In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider Exhibit P7 application and pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording the petitioner an opportunity for hearing, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is free to produce a certified copy of this judgment before the third respondent for compliance.
