THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26639 of 2008 Between:
Nallani Lakshmaiah PETITIONER AND 1. The Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Kakinada, East Godavari District, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
