Naliniben vs Kantaben

As the dispute seems to be between the Mother-in-law and Daughter-in-law (who is widow), it appears that this is a matter where parties should explore the possibility of settlement. Hence, S.O. to 5/7/2012.

In the meantime, the respective parties and/or at least mother, in whose favour the property in question is bequeathed and grand-children may meet and explore the possibility of settlement, even by intervention of the sister/s of the deceased.

Interim Relief granted earlier to continue till then.
