JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's application for renewal was rejected and in appeal, by an interim order, the Tribunal directed the renewal. In the meanwhile, a temporary permit was granted in respect of the new vehicle which is valid till 12.05.2014. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government pleader. On the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent W.P.(C).No.12164/2014 2 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
